摘　　要：目的:研究在2019新型冠状病毒疫情期间,医学生心理韧性状况。方法:以重庆医科大学临床医学儿科专业180名学生为样本,采取青少年心理韧性量表(27项),从不同性别、是否独生子女及疫情期间是否长期居家三方面,对医学生心理韧性及其5个不同维度分布状况进行研究。结果:在心理韧性的人际协助维度,男生与女生存在显著性差异,女生得分明显高于男生得分(t=-4.247,P<0.05);其余4个维度不同性别医学生并无显著性差异;2019新冠疫情期间,长期居家组目标专注和积极认知得分明显高于未长期居家组(t=2.36,2.45,P<0.05),其余3个维度无显著差异。结论:2019新冠疫情期间,医学生心理韧性女生人际协助优于男生,长期居家者目标专注度及积极认知维度表现更好。Objective:To investigate medical school students’ psychological resilience during 2019-nCoV epidemic.Methods:Taking 180 senior students of pediatric medicine department of Chongqing Medical University as samples.Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale(27 items)was used to study the psychological resilience of students of different genders,whether they came from one-child families or not and whether they stay at home during the epidemic.The distribution in five different dimensions of resilience was also studied.Results:There were significant differences between boys and girls in the dimension of interpersonal assistance of psychological resilience,and girls scored significantly higher than boys(t=-4.247,P<0.05);In the other four dimensions,there were no significant differences.During the 2019-nCoV epidemic,the scores of goal focus and positive cognition in the recent homestay group were significantly higher than those did not stay at home(t=2.36,2.45;P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the other dimensions.Conclusion:During the 2019-nCoV epidemic,the psychological resilience of female medical students is better than that of male students in interpersonal assistance,and the goal focus and positive cognitive dimension of home-stay students are better.
