半夏白术天麻汤对原发性高血压的作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的:分析半夏白术天麻汤对痰浊中阻型原发性高血压患者外周血EPCs数量、NO、VAGF的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年5月海南省人民医院收治的痰浊中阻型原发性高血压患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。2组患者均予以高血压常规治疗及运动、日常生活、运动指导,观察组在此基础上再予以注半夏白术天麻汤治疗。对2组患者治疗前、后血压、外周血EPCs数量、增殖细胞、迁移细胞变化情况、外周血EPCs分泌VEGF、NOF功能变化进行比较。评价2组患者临床疗效并比较总有效率,比较2组患者药物不良反应率。结果:治疗后观察组患者血压控制临床总有效率、EPCs数量、增殖细胞、迁移细胞较、NO、VEGF、MDA、SOD的表达均较对照组高(P<0.05),而观察组治疗后SBP、DBP及治疗期间药物不良反应率均较对照组患者低(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊中阻型原发性高血压患者可有效提升患者EPCs数量,提升分泌VEGF、NO的能力,促进患者血管内皮功能,提升血压控制疗效,且不增加药物不良反应,具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To analyze the effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the number of EPCs,NO and VAGF in peripheral blood of patients with phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao type essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 86 phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao type essential hypertension patients admitted to Hainan General Hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine hypertension treatment and exercise,daily life,and exercise guidance.The observation group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in addition.The changes in blood pressure,number of peripheral blood EPCs,proliferating cells,migrating cells,and changes in peripheral blood EPCs secreting VEGF and NOF were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated and the total effective rate,adverse drug reactions/toxic side effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of blood pressure control,the number of EPCs,proliferating cells,migrating cells,NO,VEGF,MDA,and SOD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the SBP,DBP and the adverse drug reaction rates were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treating patients with phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao type essential hypertension,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can effectively increase the number EPCs,enhance the ability to secrete VEGF and NO,promote the patient′s vascular endothelial function,improve the efficacy of blood pressure control,and does not increase the toxic side effects of drugs,and has high clinical value.
