摘　　要：慢性尿酸性肾病是尿酸钠结晶沉积于肾组织诱导的一种慢性肾脏病。高彦彬教授指出本病属中医“络病”范畴,病性本虚标实,治疗上辨证论治,扶正祛邪,强调通络治疗及解毒配伍,疗效满意。Chronic urate nephropathy is a chronic kidney disease induced by the deposition of urate crystals in the medullary interstitium.Professor Gao Yanbin pointed out that this disease belongs to the category of“collateral disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,the root is deficiency and the manifestation is excessive.He thought the syndrome differentiation and strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor should be used in the treatment.He emphasized dredging collateral and detoxication and obtained satisfied curative effect.
