田金洲教授升清降浊法治疗帕金森病非运动症状的临床经验

摘　　要：帕金森病非运动症状目前尚无有效疗法,严重影响患者的生命质量。通过整理第五批全国名老中医田金洲教授诊治帕金森病非运动症状的临床经验,发现升清降浊法对便秘、乏力、失眠等非运动症状有效。现将升清降浊法及其用药规律总结如下,供同道参考。There are no effective treatments for non-motor symptoms of Parkinson′s disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This article has compiled the fifth batch of national famous old Chinese medicine practitioner TIAN Jinzhou′s clinical experience in treating non-motor symptoms of Parkinson′s disease.It is found that raise the clear and direct the turbid downward methods is effective for non-motor symptoms such as constipation,fatigue and insomnia.The method of raise the clear and direct the turbid downward and the prescription rules are summarized to share with the peer.
