摘　　要：孤独症(自闭症)是一种发生于儿童早期的发育障碍性疾病。目前西医对本病病因的认识仍不明确,但提出了很多假说,近年来以肠道菌群为病因的说法更为流行,认为与脑-肠轴的关系紧密,且无特效的治疗药物。中医历史古籍没有对“孤独症”病名的明确记载,但并不缺乏对本病病因病机及核心症状的阐述。本文重点从脾肾-脑相通理论和肠道菌群的相关性着手,探究中医治疗孤独症的思路。Autism is a developmental disorder that occurs in early childhood.At present,Western medicine′s understanding of the cause of this disease is still unclear,but many hypotheses have been put forward.In recent years,the theory of intestinal flora as the cause has become more popular.It is believed that it is closely related to the brain-gut axis and has no specific therapeutic drugs.There is no clear record of the name of“Autism”in ancient Chinese medicine history books,but there is no lack of explanations of the etiology,pathogenesis and core symptoms of the disease.The paper focuses on the spleen-kidney-brain communication theory and the correlation with the intestinal flora,in order to explores the thinking of TCM treatment for Autism.
