摘　　要：柴胡温胆汤为《三因方》卷九、十温胆汤与《伤寒论》小柴胡汤合方。20世纪80年代伊始,近现代医家将本方广泛运用于神经系统、精神系统、消化系统、内分泌系统、循环系统及呼吸系统疾病,目前已取得一定成果,但在用方精准度、泛用度方面仍存在局限。辨证当在“方证对应”思想下抓住本方用方指征,拓展用方范围,并在不同条件下探索柴胡温胆汤与其他经方、时方的合方运用。此外,目前对柴胡温胆汤药理机制的探索尚较欠缺,对柴胡温胆汤复方作用靶点的研究或成为未来新一研究方向。Chaihu Wendan Decoction is a combination of Wendan Decoction described in the 9th/10th volume of Sanyin Jiyi Bingzheng Fanglun and Xiaochaihu Decoction described in Shanghan Lun.From the beginning of the 1980s,this prescription had been widely used in diseases of nervous system,mental system,digestive system,endocrine system,circulatory system and respiratory system.At present achievements are made,limitations in the veracity and universality of medication are still existed.The author believes that we could expand the use of Chaihu Wendan Decoction through grasping the indications of prescription under the guidance of Formula-Syndrome Relationship theory and exploring the combination application with other classical prescriptions and current prescriptions.In addition,there is still a lack of study on the pharmacological mechanism of Chaihu Wendan Decoction,and the research on therapeutic targets of Chaihu Wendan Decoction may become a new direction in the future.
