摘  要:探究卡托普利对APE-CA及自发性循环恢复的抗凋亡作用(ROSC)。将猪随机分为4组:对照组、APE-CA组、ROSC-生理盐水组和ROSC-卡托普利组。将存活的猪在6 h后进行安乐死,将肺分离并进行生化检测。与对照组相比,APE-CA和ROSC猪的ACE2/ACE比值较低。此外,与对照组相比,APE-CA组Bax及Caspase3表达水平上调,而Bcl2表达水平下调。卡托普利治疗后免疫组化显示TUNEL阳性率降低,同时Bcl-2表达水平上调,Caspase-3表达水平下调。由实验结果发现,ACE2/ACE比值与Bcl-2/Bax比值呈正相关。结论:卡托普利对ROSC后肺细胞凋亡有保护作用,维持ACE2/ACE的平衡对APE期间抑制肺细胞凋亡具有重要意义。To explore the anti-apoptotic effect of captopril on the return of spontaneous circulation.Pigs were randomly divided into four groups:control group,APE-CA group,ROSC-saline group and ROSC-Kato Pury group.The live pigs were euthanized after 6 h,and the lungs were isolated and examined by biochemistry.Compared with the control group,the ACE2/ACE ratios of APE-CA and ROSC pigs were lower.In addition,APE-CA group had higher levels of Bcl-2-related X protein and lysed Caspase-3 protein,and lower levels of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)than the control group.Captopril treatment can reduce lung cell apoptosis,showing lower TUNEL positive cells,higher Bcl-2 protein,lower caspase-3 protein levels.The results showed that ACE2/ACE ratio was positively correlated with Bcl-2 protein level and Bcl-2/Bax ratio.Captopril can protect lung cells from apoptosis after ROSC.It is important to maintain the balance of ACE2/ACE to inhibit lung cells apoptosis during APE.
