“双心医学”联合药物对改善冠心病伴抑郁和焦虑患者心率变异性与心功能的作用

摘　　要：探讨"双心医学"联合药物应用于冠心病伴焦虑、抑郁患者治疗中对其心率变异性及心功能的影响效果。选取该院于2018年10月-2019年10月期间收治的88例冠心病伴焦虑、抑郁患者作为本次研究对象,经随机数字表法对其分组。对照组(n=44)予以常规冠心病治疗方案,研究组(n=44)予以"双心医学"治疗,记录两组治疗前后心绞痛、心率变异性、心功能、负面情绪等相关指标变化情况。两组治疗前心绞痛发作频率(每周)、持续时间(每次)差异均P>0.05,治疗后研究组心绞痛发作频率(每周)、持续时间(每次)较之前减少幅度优于对照组,组间、组内数据差异均P<0.05;两组治疗前CO、LVEF、FS检测值差异P>0.05,治疗后研究组CO、LVEF、FS检测值均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前各项心率变异性相关指标差异均P>0.05,治疗后研究组上述指标提高幅度更优,两组治疗后(组间)、各组治疗前后(组内)差异均具有统计学意义(即P均<0.05);两组治疗前HAMA、HAMD量表评分差异P>0.05,治疗后研究组HAMA、HAMD量表评分较之前下降幅度优于对照组(组间及组内对应数据差异均P<0.05)。冠心病伴焦虑、抑郁患者经"双心医学"联合药物治疗效果显著,有利于缓解其心绞痛症状、提高心功能及心率变异性、减少负面情绪。To explore the effect of combined medicine of"Double Heart Medicine"on the heart rate variability and heart function in patients with coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.88 patients with coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=44)was given a routine treatment plan for coronary heart disease,and the research group(n=44)was treated with"Double Heart Medicine",and the changes of angina pectoris,heart rate variability,heart function,negative emotion and other related indicators were recorded before and after treatment in both groups.The difference in frequency(weekly)and duration(each time)of angina pectoris before treatment between the two groups was P>0.05,after treatment,the frequency(weekly)and duration(each time)of angina pectoris in the study group were better than those in the control group.The data difference between the groups and within the group was P<0.05,The difference of CO,LVEF,and FS detection values before treatment between the two groups was P>0.05,and the CO,LVEF,and FS detection values of the study group after treatment were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),The difference of the heart rate variability-related indexes between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05,and the above-mentioned indexes of the study group were better after treatment.The differences between the two groups after treatment(between groups)and before and after treatment(within groups)were significantly different(P<0.05),The difference between the scores of HAMA and HAMD scale before treatment in the two groups was P>0.05,and the score of HAMA and HAMD scale in the study group after treatment was better than that of the control group(the difference of corresponding data between groups and within groups was P<0.05)."Double Heart Medicine"combined with drugs has a significant effect on patients with coronary heart di
