摘  要:塑料的三维打印成型特性对塑料填料批量成型有很大影响。分析讨论了塑料填料采用ABS母材进行3D成型的技术特点,针对ABS母材错孔球面套层填料的批量化加工,分析了单体数量对总成型时间、批量成型对打印幅面、热床表面粗糙度对成型粘接应力的影响,并进行了单品成型与批量成型实验。结果表明,对象φ=20 mm塑料填料的批量成型单体数量不宜低于50个;打印幅面尺寸的设置需要兼顾成型个数、打印成功率及磁球植入的合理间距;在数量批量成型过程中,热床处于ABS塑料高弹态温度80℃,热床印盘表面粗糙度Ra≥1时,可以确保ABS塑料的粘接应力在打印过程中较稳定,使批量成型与单品成型效果一致。Three-dimensional printing characteristics of plastics have a great influence on batch forming of plastics tower packing.Aiming at batch processing of ABS base material staggered hole spherical sleeve packing,the effects of monomers number on total forming time,the effects of batch forming on printing surface,the effects of surface roughness of hot bed on bonding stress were analyzed,and single product forming and batch forming experiments were carried out.Results show that the number of bulk moulding monomers should not be less than 50.The size of printing plate needs to take into account the number of pakings,printing success rate and reasonable spacing of magnetic ball implantation.When hot bed is under 80 ℃,the temperature of high elastic state of ABS plastic in batch molding process,and printing plate surface roughness Ra ≥1,it can ensure ABS plastic adhesive stress to hot bed during printing process,and the same effect can be got in batch forming and single product forming.
