摘 要:针对共挤出实验的木塑异型材制品存在包覆不均匀的问题,利用CAE软件模拟分析挤出机机头流道,改进现有机头结构的不足。采用Creo3.0三维建模,以CAE模拟软件为辅助工具,对机头芯层和壳层流道分别进行数值模拟,确定了机头流道的主要问题在靠近壳层出口的拐角折弯处。针对壳层流道结构的问题,提出了3种流道优化方案,同时结合CAE模拟软件进行流场模拟。通过模拟发现,折弯区域加阻尼块和增大折弯侧面区域倾斜度能改善壳层流道结构,但是作用不显著。这主要是由于,共挤出机机头的形状结构不合理。最后,基于多个优化方案流场趋势分析,从整体流道考虑,重新提出了共挤出环形流道设计方案,对共挤出机的机头结构进行优化设计,有效缩短了设计周期。Aiming at the problem of uneven coating of wood-plastic profile products in co-extrusion experiment,the die runner of extruder was simulated and analyzed by CAE software to improve the deficiency of the existing die structure.Firstly,Creo 3.0 was used to build three-dimensional model.Secondly,CAE simulation software was used as an auxiliary tool to simulate the flow channel of the core and shell of the nose separately.It was determined that the main problem of the coextrusion head runner was at the corner bend near the exit of the shell.In order to solve the problem of the shell channel structure,three optimization schemes were put forward,and the flow field was simulated by CAE simulation software.Through simulation,it was found that adding damping block in the bending area and increasing the inclination of the bending side area could improve the structure of the shell flow channel,but the effects were not obvious.It was concluded that the shape and structure of co-extrusion head was unreasonable.Finally,based on the trend analysis of flow field of multiple optimization schemes,a new design scheme of co-extrusion annular runner was put forward from the consideration of the overall flow channel,and the structure of the co-extrusion head was optimized,which effectively shortened the design cycle.
