摘　　要：结合车载DVD按键内外层包覆的特点,分析塑件的成型工艺性,内外层分别采用点浇口和侧浇口。首先,借助Moldflow软件,基于熔接痕结果优化浇口位置,进行了重叠成型分析,预测了其充填时间、压力、平均体积收缩率、翘曲等,为双色模具的设计提供了依据。然后,确定了双色注塑模的设计方案,并对型腔结构、冷却系统、定距分型机构、顶出机构等进行介绍。最后,阐述了该双色注塑模的结构及工作原理。内外层模具采用整体型腔,内层采用双分型面模具结构,利用挂钩实现定距分型,注塑机开合模装置实现了模具的开与合,采用顶杆顶出装置,模具结构合理,动作可靠。By analyzing the coated structure and the process of the Car-DVD,pin gate and side gate were adopted to molding the inner part and outer part respectively.Based on the flow analysis of Moldflow,the gate location was optimized firstly,and then the fill time,fill pressure,average cubical contraction and warping were predicted.These results were helpful for the design of the mould structure.Then,the design project of two-color injection mold was determined,and the cavity structure,cooling system,given-distance parting mechanism,ejection mechanism were introduced.Finally,the structure and working process of the two-color injection mould were introduced in detail.The inner and outer the Car-DVD was molded in a whole cavity,the double parting mold and hooked parting were the inner mould were designed;the mould were opened and closed by injection machine,the plastic parts were pushed by ejector rod.The structure of designed mould in this work was reasonable and reliable.
