摘 要:采用同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出制备了聚氯乙烯接枝3-异丙基-α,α二甲基苄基异氰酸酯(PVC-gTMI)共聚物,研究了引发剂DCP用量、单体TMI用量以及共单体St用量对接枝率的影响。FTIR分析表明,TMI成功接枝到PVC上。当DCP用量为0.45份时,产物接枝率达到最高。TMI用量越大,产物接枝率越高,但是存在一平衡值。第二单体St能够有效提高产物的接枝率,并且,当质量比为TMI∶St=1∶1时,接枝率最高。通过正交实验得到3种因素对接枝率的影响程度为:DCP> St> TMI。熔融接枝的最佳工艺条件为:TMI为5份,DCP为0.45份,St为15份。TG和DSC测试结果表明,与纯PVC相比,PVC-g-TMI的外推起始失重温度、最大失重速率温度分别提高了3.5、3.9℃,玻璃化转变温度约提高了2℃,热分析表明PVC-g-TMI接枝物的热稳定性优于PVC。Polyvinyl chloride grafted with TMI(PVC-g-TMI) copolymer was prepared by co-parallel twin-screw extruder using melting extrusion,the effects of the amount of initiator DCP,the amount of monomer TMI and the amount of co-monomer St on the grafting rate were researched.FTIR analysis showed that TMI was successfully grafted onto PVC.When the content of DCP was 0.45 phr,the grafting rate of product was the highest;the higher TMI content,the higher grafting rate of product,but there was an equilibrium value;addition of the second monomer St could effectively increase grafting ratio of the product,and When the mass ratio was TMI ∶ St = 1 ∶ 1,the grafting rate was the highest.The order of influence of three factors on grafting rate was obtained by orthogonal experiment: DCP > St > TMI,the optimum process conditions for melt grafting were:TMI was 5 phr,DCP was 0.45 phr,St was 15 phr.According to the TG and DSC tests,the extrapolated initial weight loss temperature and maximum weight loss rate temperature of PVC-g-TMI increased by 3.5 ℃ and 3.9 ℃ respectively,and the glass transition temperature was about 2 ℃ higher than pure PVC,thermal analysis showed that the thermal stability of PVC-gTMI was better than that of PVC.
