摘　　要：“三全育人”综合改革既是对当下育人项目、载体、资源的整合,更是对长远育人格局、体系、标准的重新建构。在“三全育人”视阈下研究政工人员在大学生思想政治教育中的作用,构建完善的政工人员参与的大学生思想政治教育模式,是高校思想政治教育适应时代发展和大学生成长、成才的需要,也是教育各部门协同创新的必然要求。The comprehensive reform of"three complete education"is not only the integration of current education projects,carriers and resources,but also the reconstruction of long-term education pattern,system and standard.To study the role of political and industrial personnel in the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of"three complete education"and to build a perfect ideological and political education model with the participation of political and industrial personnel is not only the need for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to adapt to the development of the times and the growth and success of college students,but also the inevitable requirement for the collaborative innovation of education departments.
