摘 要:目的探讨郑州地区献血者人群中人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)A、B基因多态性与乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)的关联性。方法将郑州地区2遍酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBV抗体为阳性的129名献血者作为乙肝组,健康对照组为3874名郑州地区造血干细胞志愿者,采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性寡核苷酸探针(PCR-SS0)技术分别对2组血样进行HLA-A、B位点的基因分型。经过统计分析2组间HLA-A、B基因型频率分布差异,进一步分析HLA-A、B基因型多态性与HBV间的相关性。结果A*11、A*29、A*31、B*56的频率在乙肝组中高于健康对照组,B*07在乙肝组中频率低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HBV感染机体时,A*11、A*29、A*31、B*56可能促使感染发生,为易感基因,而B*07则可能为保护基因,保护机体抵抗HBV感染。Objective The article is to study the correlation between HLA-A、B gene polymorphism and HBV among blood donors in Zhengzhou.Methods 129 blood donors whose HBV were tested positive by ELISA twice were divided into the Hepatitis B group and 3874 healthy volunteer donors from Zhengzhou were divided into the healthy control group,among whom the HLA-A、B alleles were detected by PCR-SSO.Moreover,analyze the data and compare the difference between the two groups for further analysis of the correlation between HLA-A、B gene polymorphism and HBV.Results A11、A*29、A*31、B*56 were significantly higher in the experiment group than those in the control group;A*07 was significantly lower in the experiment group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion A*11、A*29、A*31、B*56 might promote hosts susceptible to HBV infection.A*07 might protect hosts from HBV infection.
