摘　　要：目的分析信阳市学校流行性感冒(简称流感)样病例暴发疫情的流行病学特征,为更好地进行针对性科学防控提供依据。方法收集2016—2019年《中国流感监测信息系统》报告的学校流感样病例暴发疫情分析资料,采用描述性流行病学方法分析。结果2016—2019年信阳市共报告7起流感样病例暴发疫情,均为学校流感样病例暴发,事件波及1031人,累计病例143人,平均罹患率13.87%,无死亡病例。病原学类型为甲型H3N2和乙型流感病毒,暴发时间集中在冬春季。结论信阳市作为北方地区,每年10月到次年4月是流感的流行季节,流感样病例暴发疫情多出现此时间段内,且学校是高发场所,所以加强学校流感样病例监测,及早采取有效的防控措施,是预防流感暴发的关键。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of outbreaks of influenza-like illness in schools in Xinyang City,in order to provide effective basis for better targeted scientific prevention and control.Methods collect the analytical data of the influenza cluster outbreaks in schools in the Influenza surveillance information system of China from 2016 to 2019,descriptive epidemiological methods were adopted.Results A total of 7 influenza-like illness outbreaks occurred in Xinyang City from 2016 to 2019,they all occurred in schools,and they were all influenza-like illness of schools.1031 people were affected by this epidemic,there were 143 cumulative cases,and the incidence rate was 13.87%,no deaths occurred.The types of the etiology are A H3N2 and Influenza B Virus,and the time of the outbreaks were concentrated in spring and winter.Conclusion As a northern area,the influenza always occurs from October to next April every year in Xinyang City,the outbreak of influenza-like illness mostly occurs during this time,and the cases mostly occurs in schools.The key to prevent the outbreaks of influenza-like illness is to strengthen the influenza surveillance and adopt effective control measures as early as possible in schools.
