摘 要:分析介绍了超高层建筑——洛阳恒大211#楼酒店综合体的设计,包括生活给水系统、生活热水系统、生活排水系统、雨水系统、室内外消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统、气体灭火系统、厨房灭火系统、灭火器等。同时,对设计过程中的难点进行了分析和探讨,如酒店的热源选择先根据国家和当地的相关规范、规程要求,用排除法一一排除,再结合建设方的标准和五星级酒店的要求,最后与各方商定选用空气源热泵+锅炉辅热,采暖季将辅热热源切换到市政热力管网;本项目建筑高度达241.8 m,接近250 m,功能复杂、人员密集,因此对各类型的消防给水系统经过综合比较分析后,选用安全性高的高压+顶部临时高压消防给水系统;室内水系统分区冷、热水应一致,保证冷热水压力平衡;本项目溢流设施采用溢流口,因建筑高度接近250 m,屋顶高空风力比较大,可将屋面溢流口流出的水柱在空中均匀吹散。The design of the super high-rise building,Luoyang Hengda 211#building hotel complex was analyzed and introduced,including the domestic water supply system,domestic hot water system,domestic drainage system,rainwater system,indoor and outdoor hydrant system,automatic sprinkler system,gas fire extinguishing system,kitchen fire extinguishing system,fire extinguisher,etc.At the same time,the difficulties in the design process were analyzed and discussed,such as the selection of heat source of the hotel according to the relevant national and local codes and regulations,with the exclusion method one by one,and then combined with the standards of the construction side and the requirements of the five-star hotel,finally,the air source heat pump+boiler auxiliary heat was adopted,heating season auxiliary heat source switch to the municipal heat pipe network;building height of the project was 241.8 m,close to 250 m,with complex functions and dense personnel.Therefore,after comprehensive comparison and analysis of various types of fire water supply systems,high pressure fire protection water supply system+top temporary high pressure fire protection water supply system was selected;the cold and hot water partition in the indoor water system should be the same,so as to ensure the pressure balance between the cold and hot water;the overflow facility of this project adopted overflow port,because the building height of this project was close to 250 m,the wind force at the high altitude of the roof was relatively large,and the water column from the roof overflow outlet could be evenly dispersed in the air.
