摘 要:聊城市某污水处理厂设计规模为3.5×10^4m^3/d,出水执行一级A标准。为进一步削减污染物排放量,该污水处理厂决定采用磁絮凝技术进行提标改造,出水执行准地表Ⅳ类水标准,其中SS≤5 mg/L、TP≤0.3 mg/L。介绍了磁絮凝沉淀池提标改造的主要设计参数,以及针对高效沉淀池的池体及设备的改造措施。原深度处理段采用两组高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池组合工艺,提标完成后由一组磁絮凝沉淀池承担3.5×10^4m^3/d规模全部深度处理功能,出水水质稳定满足新的排放要求。The effluent quality from a 35000 m^3/d wastewater treatment plant in Liaocheng City was subject to the first level A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).In order to further reduce the discharge pollutants,the wastewater treatment plant has been upgraded and reconstructed by adopting magnetic sedimentation technique to meet the level quasi Ⅳ criteria in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),among which the SS limit is 5 mg/L and the TP limit is 0.3 mg/L.This main design parameters of the magnetic sedimentation tank,as well as the improvement measures for the high-efficiency sedimentation tank and equipment were introduced.The original 2 sets of high-efficiency sedimentation tanks and fiber rotary disc filters in the advanced treatment section were replaced by a group of magnetic sedimentation tank which had the same processing capability and stably met the new effluent requirements.
