摘 要:对Cr5支承辊用钢的应力松弛特性进行研究,开展珠光体组织在不同温度及初始应力水平下的应力松弛试验。结果表明,Cr5珠光体组织的应力松弛曲线呈现相同特点,整个过程分为快速松弛阶段和缓慢松弛及趋于稳定阶段,快速松弛阶段大约持续5~10 h。松弛特性与温度、时间及应力水平有关,其中温度为显著影响因素,温度越高,松弛进程进行得越快。Research on stress relaxation behavior of Cr5 steel for backup rolls has been conducted, and relaxation tests of the pearlite structure at various temperatures and under different initial stress levels have been carried out. The results show that the relaxation curves of the pearlite of Cr5 presented the same characteristics at different temperature and stress levels, the stress relaxation process could be divided into the stage of fast relaxation and the stage of stabilization, and the time for the fast relaxation is about 5 h to 10 h. The relaxation property of pearlite structure of Cr5 is connection with temperature and time and stress levels, and temperature is the most notable factor, the higher the temperature is, the quicker the stress relaxation is.
