摘 要:为了分析燃煤锅炉无烟温测点的对流受热面积灰程度,本文对锅炉的对流受热面的传热特性及工质吸热特性进行热平衡机理分析,得到传热系数与温差之间的关系,建立了对流受热面积灰程度模型。同时考虑对特定受热面进行吹灰操作时,会对其余受热面进出口烟气、蒸汽的温度产生影响,而其余受热面的积灰程度并未改变,提出采用吹灰造成的其他受热面工质温差改变来修正积灰程度模型,增加负荷变量建立二元线性回归模型,提高了仅用温差表征积灰程度的准确性。以高温再热器为例对锅炉过/再热器进行仿真计算,结果表明过/再热器积灰程度的预测结果更加合理准确。In order to analyze the ash accumulation degree on convection heating surface of the smokeless temperature measuring point in coal-fired boiler,the heat balance mechanism of heat transfer characteristics of the convection heating surface of the boiler and heat absorption characteristics of the working medium were analyzed.The relationship between the heat transfer coefficient and the temperature difference was obtained,and the ash accumulation degree model on the convection heating surface was established.It is considered that the ash blowing operation on specific heating surface will affect the temperature of flue gas and steam at inlet and outlet of other heating surfaces,while the ash accumulation degree of other heating surfaces remains unchanged.In this paper,the temperature difference of fluid on other heating surfaces caused by soot blowing is proposed to modify the model of ash deposition degree,and the binary linear regression model is established by increasing the load variable,which improves the accuracy of only using the temperature difference to characterize the ash deposition degree.Moreover,by taking a high temperature reheater as an example,numerical simulation is carried out for the superheater and reheater of the boiler,and the result shows that the prediction result of the proposed method for ash accumulation degree of superheat/reheater is more reasonable and accurate.
