摘 要:燃煤机组的锅炉侧参数普遍具有大延迟、大惯性的特性,影响主蒸汽压力的控制品质。为此,本文将主蒸汽压力信号的ARMA时序预测应用于主蒸汽压力控制,将主蒸汽压力实测值及其设定值作为锅炉主控PID输入,经计算输出机炉协调方式锅炉主控指令,用以调节机组燃料量,控制策略将主蒸汽压力实测值引入ARMA预测模型,通过当前目标负荷及变负荷速率共同确定适用模型参数。将该控制策略用于APROS仿真平台及实际600 MW燃煤机组锅炉主控中,仿真结果表明该控制策略在一定程度上缓解了控制调节大延迟大惯性的影响,实际运行结果表明主蒸汽压力的控制品质有所提升。The parameters of coal-fired boilers generally have the characteristics of large delay and large inertia,which affect the control quality of main steam pressure.In this paper,ARMA time series prediction of main steam pressure signal is applied to the control of main steam pressure.The measured value of main steam pressure and its set value are taken as the PID inputs of boiler master control,and the fuel quantity of the unit is regulated by the boiler master control command in the coordinated mode of turbine and boiler.The control strategy introduces the measured value of the main steam pressure into the ARMA prediction model and determines the applicable model parameters through the current target load and variable load rate.The control strategy is applied to APROS simulation platform and the actual boiler master control of 600 MW coal-fired unit.The simulation results show that,the control strategy can alleviate the influence of large delay and inertia of control regulation to a certain extent,and the operation results show that the control quality of main steam pressure is improved.
