摘  要:通过高硫煤机组低低温省煤器试验平台,测试了低低温省煤器不同管型、不同翅片间距、不同出口烟气温度下的阻力及不同材质的低温腐蚀特性,提出了高硫煤机组低低温省煤器主要选型参数,实现了国内首台高硫煤机组低低温省煤器工程应用,提出了高硫煤机组低低温省煤器设计原则。结果表明:在高硫煤机组的低温高硫高灰烟气条件下,H型翅片管的阻力整体低于螺旋翅片管,H型翅片管的翅片间距不小于19 mm,低低温省煤器出口烟气温度控制在105℃以上;高温段受热面材质选用20G和ND钢,低温段材质选用316L。某高硫煤机组实施低低温省煤器改造后,锅炉运行状况良好,经济和环保效益显著。On an ultra-low temperature economizer test platform for high-sulfur coal-fired units,the resistance of the ultra-low temperature economizer using different finned tubes,with different fin spacings and different outlet flue gas temperatures,as well as the low temperature corrosion characteristics of different materials,were detected.The main type selection parameters and design principles of ultra-low temperature economizers for high-sulfurcoal-fired units were proposed,and the engineering application of the first domestic ultra-low temperature economizer for high-sulfur coal-fired units was realized.The results show that,under the conditions of low temperature,high sulfur and high ash content in flue gas of high-sulfur coal-fired units,the resistance of H-shaped finned tube was lower than that of the spiral finned tube,the fin spacing of the H-shaped finned tube was less than 19 mm,and the flue gas temperature at outlet of the ultra-low temperature economizer was controlled above 105℃.The heating surface at high temperature should be made by 20 G and ND steel,and that at low temperature should be made by 316 L.After ultra-low temperature economizer transformation for a high-sulfur coal-fired unit,the boiler ran well,and the economic and environmental benefits were significant.
