摘 要:为降低旋风燃烧NOx排放,需要在保证稳定液态排渣的前提下研究合适的空气分级方式。本文结合准东煤的黏温特性建立液态排渣模型,计算确定主燃区过量空气系数,并在1台旋风炉上开展空气分级燃烧试验。结果表明:液态排渣旋风炉燃用流变性好的准东煤时,主燃区过量空气系数可以减小到0.8;切向二次风采用"上大下小"配风,三级风率分别为20%、10%和10%,燃尽风率为30%~35%;主燃区到燃尽风喷口的停留时间应大于0.62 s;旋风炉采用深度空气分级燃烧时,NOx排放质量浓度可降低30%以上,锅炉热效率下降0.22%,主要由渣中未燃尽碳含量上升引起。In order to reduce the NOx emission of cyclone combustion,suitable air staging method on the premise of ensuring stable liquid slagging should be researched.Combined with the viscous-temperature characteristics of Zhundong coal,the liquid slagging model for cyclone furnace was established in this paper,and the excess air coefficient in main combustion zone was determined.Moreover,the air staging combustion test was carried out on a cyclone furnace.The results show that,when the Zhundong coal with good rheology was burned in cyclone furnace,the excess air coefficient in the main combustion zone can be reduced to 0.8.The tangential secondary air was divided into three layers,and the ratio was larger in the upper part and smaller in the lower part,which was 20%,10%and 10%respectively.The over fire air ratio was 30%~35%,and the residence time from the main combustion zone to the over fire air spout should be longer than 0.62 s.When the air supply was deeply staged in the cyclone combustion,the NOx emission mass concentration can be reduced by more than 30%,while the boiler thermal efficiency decreased by 0.22%,which was mainly caused by the increase of unburned carbon content in the slag.
