摘  要:为降低脱硫喷嘴雾化粒径,探索空气助力对脱硫喷嘴雾化性能的影响,本文在喷雾试验平台上试验分析了自行设计的空气助力式脱硫喷嘴的雾化性能,得出不同工况下喷嘴压力、液滴粒径、喷雾角等性能参数的变化规律。结果表明:不通入气相工质时,空气助力配气结构对常规脱硫喷嘴喷雾特性影响不大;在通入一定量气相工质后,喷嘴雾化水平明显提高;当气液质量比达到0.002,液滴索太尔平均粒径SMD可降至1400μm以下;随着气液质量比的提高,雾化粒径逐渐缩小;气相工质的介入会使喷雾角大幅增加约20°。In order to reduce the atomization particle size of the desulfurization nozzle and explore the effect of air assist on the atomization performance of the desulfurization nozzle,the atomization performance of the selfdesigned air-assisted desulfurization nozzle was tested and analyzed on the spray test platform.The variation of performance parameters such as nozzle pressure,droplet size and spray angle under different operating conditions were obtained.The results show that,when the gas-phase working fluid is not introduced,the air-assisted gas distribution structure has little effect on the spray characteristics of conventional desulfurization nozzles.After a certain amount of gas phase working fluid is introduced,the atomization level of the nozzle is significantly improved.When the gas-liquid mass ratio reaches 0.002,the Sauter mean diameter of droplet may fall below 1400μm.With the increase of the gas-liquid mass ratio,the particle size of the atomizing gradually decreases.The intervention of the gas phase working fluid will greatly increase the spray angle by about 20°.
