中医定向透药疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗肝癌患者TACE术后疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医定向透药疗法联合穴位贴敷在治疗肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年6月本院收治的74例肝癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分对照组(n=37,穴位贴敷治疗)和观察组(n=37,中医定向透药疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗),比较两组患者的疼痛程度、生活质量以及肝功能改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶以及谷氨酰转肽酶水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理功能、心理功能、社会功能以及物质生活评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法联合穴位贴敷在治疗肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术后的临床效果显著,可缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高生活质量以及改善肝功能情况,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM directed penetration therapy combined with acupoint application on hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE) in patients with liver cancer. Methods 74 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group(n=37, acupoint application therapy) and observation group(n=37, directional penetrating drug therapy combined with acupoint application) according to the random number table method, comparing the pain level, quality of life and liver function improvement between the two groups. Results After treatment, the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and glutamyl transpeptidase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The observation group’ s physiological function, psychological function, social function and material life score were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine directed penetration therapy combined with acupoint application has a significant clinical effect after hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in patients with liver cancer. It can relieve patients’ pain, improve quality of life and improve liver function. It is worthy of clinical application.
