补肾益气活血汤治疗慢性肾衰急性加重期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益气活血汤在治疗慢性肾衰急性加重期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的56例慢性肾衰急性加重期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=28,采用常规西药治疗)和观察组(n=28,采用补肾益气活血汤治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及肾功能、炎症指标改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床治疗有效率为89.29%,明显高于对照组的64.29%(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清前蛋白、肾小球滤过率水平均明显高于对照组,且血肌酐水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6以及白介素-8含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积以及红细胞聚集指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰急性加重期患者采用补肾益气活血汤治疗,效果显著,可改善患者肾功能和炎症指标,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic renal failure. Methods 56 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=28, treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(n=28, treated with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue decoction). The therapeutic effect and the improvement of renal function and inflammation were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was89.29%, significantly higher than that in the control group(64.29%, P<0.05). Serum preprotein and glomerular filtration rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and serum creatinine level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The contents of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic renal failure with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue decoction,has significant effect, and can improve renal function and inflammation indicators, which is worthy of clinical application.
