摘　　要：目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者血管再通率及心功能的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=40,溶栓治疗)与观察组(n=40,经皮冠状动脉介入术)。比较两组患者血管再通及心功能情况。结果治疗后,观察组左心射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血管再通率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;观察组心绞痛、再梗死、心力衰竭及心源性死亡等不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义。结论采用经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者,可有效提高患者血管再通率,改善心功能,并降低术后心血管不良事件发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention on the recanalization rate and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group(n=40, thrombolytic therapy) and observation group(n=40, percutaneous coronary intervention) according to the random number table method. The vascular recanalization and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd) and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD) of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of vascular events was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention can effectively improve the recanalization rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction, improve cardiac function, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
