对医院检验科试剂管理工作的分析和探讨

摘　　要：医院检验科在病情的鉴别、诊断中,具有非常重要的作用,保证检验工作的准确性,才能为临床诊断、治疗提供科学依据。决定检验科检验工作质量的因素较多,如工作人员的素质能力、检验设备、试剂等,其中因检验科试剂会参与检验过程,甚至直接与检验标本接触,直接影响检验结果的准确性,即若试剂质量不合格发生变质等,会导致错误的检验结果,进而干扰临床诊断、指导。因此,做好检验科试剂的管理工作具有重要作用。本文简单阐述了医院检验科试剂管理的必要性,并对如何做好医院检验科试剂管理提出了部分探讨性建议。The clinical laboratory department plays a very important role in the differentiation and diagnosis of the disease. Only by ensuring the accuracy of the examination can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Factors in determining the quality of clinical laboratory test work is more, such as staff quality and ability, testing equipment, reagents, etc., will participate in the inspection process for clinical laboratory reagents, direct contact with the test specimen, even directly affect the accuracy of the test results, when reagent quality is unqualified, or metamorphism, etc., can lead to errors of test results, which interfere with the clinical diagnosis and guidance. Therefore, laboratory reagent management work has an important role. This paper briefly expounds the necessity of reagent management in hospital laboratory, and puts forward some Suggestions on how to do it well.
