摘 要:石灰石-石膏湿法串联塔脱硫系统运行中,进入系统的水量较大,而排出系统的水量与单塔系统相比无明显变化,在当前火电机组灵活性改造的背景下,串联塔系统水平衡的难以维持带来了一系列问题。通过计算得到串联塔系统在机组不同负荷下的水平衡数据,提出水平衡优化措施,包括优化工艺水进入系统的方式、运行中动态调整吸收塔液位、提高废水系统投运率等,可为串联塔脱硫系统的运行提供建议。In the operation of the limestone-gypsum wet series absorption tower desulfurization system,the inlet water quantity is large while the water discharged from the system changes insignificantly compared with that from the single tower system.In the context of the current flexibility transformation of the thermal power plants,the water balance of the series absorption tower system is difficult to maintain,which brings about a series of problems.Through calculation the water balance data of the series absorption tower system under different loads is obtained,and the water balance optimization measures are proposed,including optimizing the way that the process water enters the system,dynamic adjustment of the liquid level of the absorption tower in operation and operation rate improvement of the wastewater system,etc.,which provide suggestions for the operation of the series absorption tower desulfurization system.
