摘 要:破碎矿体开采中常遇到爆破装药困难、不易堵塞、顶板塌落、生产效率低等问题,而水平深孔爆破可以解决此类问题,但因孔径大、装药量大、爆破振动危害大,水平深孔爆破应用较少。针对水平深孔落矿的应用难题,提出不耦合装药结构和逐孔毫秒延时起爆技术,有效的降低了爆破震动危害,降低了炸药单耗,取得了良好的爆破效果。通过现场试验,验证了水平深孔落矿在破碎矿体开采中的适用性,水平深孔落矿炸药单耗0.28 kg/m^3,采矿效率144.99 t/d,采切比3.10 m/kt,采矿成本40~50元/t。There are some problems encountered fractured orebody in underground mining,such as the difficulty of upward hole charging,difficulty in blasthole stemming,roof fall and low production efficiency,and horizontal deep hole blasting method can solved these problems.But the application of horizontal deep hole blasting is less,because of large hole diameter leading to large charge and great damage of blasting vibration.In order to solve the application problems of horizontal deep hole blasting,the uncoupled charge structure and hole-by-hole millisecond time delay blasting initiation technology were proposed,which effectively reduced the damage of blasting vibration and powder factor,and achieved good blasting effect.The applicability of horizontal deep hole blasting in the mining of fractured orebody was verified by field test.The results showed that the powder factor was 0.28 kg/m,the mining efficiency was 144.99 t/d,the extraction-to-cut ratio was 3.10 m/kt and the mining cost was 40~50 yuan/t.
