摘  要:为了研究卸荷槽对冷却塔拆除爆破的作用及影响。以黔北某发电厂冷却塔为背景,根据冷却塔双曲线薄壁型的结构特点,从力学角度分析冷却塔的倒塌条件和倒塌机理,运用ANSYA/LS-DYNA数值模拟的方法研究卸荷槽在冷却塔拆除爆破过程中所起的作用。分析不同数目卸荷槽下冷却塔的切口形成、闭合、扭曲变形、触底破碎的整个过程,以及不同宽度、不同高度的卸荷槽对冷却塔的倒塌位移、倒塌速度、塌落振动、爆堆宽度的影响。研究结果表明:不同宽度卸荷槽不会改变冷却塔运动趋势;适量的卸荷槽数目和高度能够改变冷却塔倒塌中的运动状态、促进塔体解体、缩短倒塌时间以及降低爆破振动所造成的危害,有效地提高冷却塔的爆破效果。In order to study the effect and influence of the unloading tank on the demolition blasting of the cooling tower,the collapse condition and mechanism are analyzed from the mechanical point of view based on the structural characteristics of the hyperbolic thin wall in a cooling tower of a power plant in northern Guizhou Province.Using ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation method to study the role of unloading tank in the process of demolition blasting of cooling tower,the whole process of forming,closing,twisting,and touching ground failure of the cooling tower's incision was analyzed with different numbers of unloading tanks,as well as the influence of the unloading tank of different widths and heights on the collapse displacement,collapse speed,collapse vibration and explosion width of the cooling tower.The results show that the unloading tanks of different widths will not change the movement trend of the cooling tower;the appropriate number and height of the unloading tanks can change the movement state of the cooling tower collapse,promote the disintegration of the tower body,shorten the collapse time,reduce the blasting vibration hazard,and effectively improve the blasting effect of the cooling tower.
