摘  要:目的通过制备幼龄猪颅骨缺损模型,观察颅骨缺损对幼龄猪颅脑发育的影响,探讨矿化胶原人工骨在修补幼龄猪颅骨缺损中的可行性。方法将11只贵州小香猪随机分为正常对照组(A组)、单纯缺损组(B组)和材料修复组(C组)。分别于7月龄和10月龄时对实验动物进行头围测量。10月龄时处死动物,测量脑质量及脑容量,并对B组和C组的颅骨缺损区域进行组织学检测,对C组的颅骨缺损区域进行生物力学检测。结果测量脑容量和脑质量,B、C组与A组比较,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。7月龄和10月龄时,B组动物颅全长和基长均明显低于A组(P<0.05)。在眶距宽和颧宽方面,三组比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在颅骨缺损区,C组可见较多新生骨组织和大量骨小梁,而B组仅见少量薄弱骨质。C组新生骨抗压强度明显低于正常骨(P<0.05);新生骨抗弯强度明显高于正常骨(P<0.05)。结论在幼龄猪颅骨缓慢生长期发生的颅骨缺损可能会影响颅骨发育。矿化胶原人工骨是一种可应用的颅骨缺损修复材料。Objective To observe the effect of skull defects on the development of brain through establish the immature porcine model of skull defects and to explore the practicability of mineralized collagen artificial bone in the repair of skull defects in immature porcine model.Methods Eleven immature miniature pigs were randomly divided into control group(group A),simple defects group(group B)and mineralized collagen artificial bone repair group(group C).The head circumference of immature pigs was measured at the age of 7 months and 10 months.The immature pigs were sacrificed at the age of 10 months and the brain weight and brain volume were measured.The skull defects in both group B and C were measured by histologic detection.The biomechanical property of skull defects in group C was measured.Results For brain volume and brain weight,there was neither statistical difference between group B and group A,nor between group C and group A(P>0.05).At 7 months and 10 months old,the cranial length and base length of group B were significantly less than that of group A(P<0.05).However,the orbit and zygomatic wide showed no significant difference among 3 groups(P>0.05).A small amount of bone defects can be found in group B.However,much new bone tissue and osteoblast were observed around the defects in group C.The compressive strength of new bone in group C was significantly less than that of normal bone(P<0.05),while the bending strength of new bone was significantly higher than that of normal bone(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of skull maybe affected by skull defects in slow growth period of skull in immature pig.The mineralized collagen artificial bone was an applicable material for skull defects repair.
