某含金铜矿石选矿试验研究

摘　　要：某铜金矿石含铜0.46%、金0.48g/t。对该矿进行捕收剂和调整剂优化试验,确定了粗选石灰为调整剂、新型药剂ZJ-308为捕收剂,(NaPO3)6为分散剂,通过一次粗选、二次精选、三次扫选的单一浮选闭路流程试验,可得到精矿含铜24.64%、含金23.80g/t,铜回收率为89.65%,金回收率为84.78%的指标。通过尼尔森重选—浮选联合流程,可以获得金品位为35.17g/t、回收率为39.66%的尼尔森重选精矿和含铜24.51%、含金13.60g/t、回收率87.65%、金回收率50.36%的浮选铜精矿。金累计回收率为90.02%,较单一浮选流程提高5.24%,铜浮选回收率基本不变,有效提高资源综合利用率。A copper gold ore contains 0.46%copper and 0.48g/t gold.Through the single flotation closed-circuit test of primary roughing,secondary cleaning and tertiary scavenging,the indexes of copper content 24.64%,gold content 23.80%,copper recovery 89.65%and gold recovery 84.78%can be obtained.Through the combined process of Nielsen gravity separation and flotation,we can obtain Nielsen gravity concentrate with gold grade of 35.17g/t,recovery rate of 39.66%and flotation copper concentrate with copper content of 24.51%,gold content of 13.60g/t,copper recovery rate of 87.65%and gold recovery rate of 50.36%.The total recovery rate of gold is 90.02%,which is 5.24%higher than that of single flotation process.The recovery rate of copper flotation is basically the same,which effectively improves the comprehensive utilization rate of resources.
