摘  要:本文针对福建马坑矿业股份有限公司500万吨采选技改工程所采用的井下矿、渣合流的问题,通过完善选矿厂的破碎工艺,增加大块干抛工序,满足了矿、渣混提选矿要求,同时在矿石入选前将混入的矿、渣进行分选,并将废渣加工成建筑砂石料,变废为宝,实现了矿产资源利益最大化。This paper expounded that the 5,000,000 tons mineral of technological upgrading program of Fujian Makeng Minning CO.,LTD.The ore leaving the hole was designed as a shaft with a combined belt transport lift,in order to solve the existing problems of underground mine and slag separation.By perfecting the crushing process of the concentrating mill,and the bulk dry polishing process was added to meet the requirements of ore and slag mixing.To be selected and slag separation before the mixed cage of mines,the mixed cage of waste processing into construction sand stone,and waste into treasure,it will achieve the maximum benefit of mineral resources.
