摘　　要：本文以铜坑矿为背景,通过矿山找矿、矿井水循环利用、地压监测、技术攻关、安全环保、生产探矿及开采技术等方面的实践,阐明了“安全环保,技术创新,开源节流,绿色和谐”的思路,为矿山企业可持续发展提供思路。This paper takes Tongkeng mine as the background,through the practice of mine prospecting,mine water recycling,ground pressure monitoring,technical research,safety and environmental protection,production prospecting and mining technology,etc,the idea of“safety and environmental protection,technological innovation,opening up resources and reducing expenditure,green harmony”is expounded,it provides ideas for sustainable development of mining enterprises.
