摘 要:本文提出一种常规三段一闭路+高压辊磨机湿式闭路(预磨矿)+球磨流程的碎磨工艺技术,通过采用高压辊磨机作为常规碎矿工序后的预磨矿设备,降低后续磨矿工序的入磨粒度,可有效降低碎磨系统的综合能耗。该技术很好地响应了国家“节能降耗”的产业政策,有重要的应用意义和推广意义。A new grinding technology of conventional three-stage crushing one closed circuit+high pressure grinding roller wet closed circuit(pre-grinding)+ball grinding process is proposed,by using high pressure grinding roller as the pre grinding equipment after the conventional crushing process,the feed particle size of the subsequent grinding process can be reduced,and the comprehensive energy consumption of the crushing&grinding system can be effectively reduced.This technology well responds to the national“energy saving and consumption reduction”industrial policy,and has important application and promotion significance.
