摘  要:为筛选适合在北方地区引种栽培的大叶樟品系,以不同表型大叶樟和普通香樟1年生盆栽实生苗为材料,对其抗寒性进行比较试验。结果表明:低温处理后,表型3和表型5的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、POD活力和SOD活力均高于普通香樟,MDA含量低于普通香樟;表型1、表型2、表型4的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、POD活力和SOD活力均低于普通香樟,MDA含量高于普通香樟;根据隶属函数综合评价结果,表型3和表型5的抗寒性优于普通香樟,适合在苏北地区引种栽培和应用。In order to screen large-leaved Camphora strains suitable for introduction and cultivation in northern China,Several phenotypic large-leaved Camphora and common Camphora 1a potted seedlings were used as materials to compare their cold resistance.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,proline content,POD activity and SOD activity of phenotypic 3 and phenotypic 5 were higher than those of common camphor,while MDA content was lower than that of common camphor.The content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,proline content,POD activity and SOD activity of phenotypic 1,phenotypic 2 and phenotypic 4 were lower than ordinary camphor,MDA content is higher than that of ordinary camphor,membership function according to the comprehensive evaluation result,phenotypic3and phenotypic 5 cold resistance is superior to the ordinary camphor,suitable for cultivation in north Jiangsu area and the application.
