摘 要:根据石泉水库特点,以发电效益最大为主要目标,考虑大坝防洪安全的基础上构建水库发电优化调度数值模型。用近10 a历史实际水雨情数据模拟计算不同洪前控制水位进行发电量求解,计算结果表明:洪前坚决腾库的运行方式较历史实际发电效益更优;发电效益最大时,主、次汛期日常控制水位在调度图上线附近,得到了实现石泉水库发电效益最大的控制运行策略,指导水库实际生产调度。According to the characteristics of Shiquan Reservoir,the main objective is to maximize the benefit of power generation,and the numerical model of optimal dispatching of reservoir power generation is constructed on the basis of dam flood control safety.The electric output under different controlled water levels is simulated and calculated with the actual water and rainfall data of nearly 10 years.The calculation results show that the operation mode of emptying the reservoir before the flood is better than the historical actual power generation;under the greatest power generation benefit,the daily control water level in the primary and secondary flood seasons is near the line on the dispatching map,and the control operation strategy to realize the maximum benefit of Shiquan Reservoir's power generation has been obtained to guide the actual production dispatch of the reservoir.
