摘 要:玛纳斯河是新疆天山北坡的一条灾害性较大河流,汛期洪水来势迅猛,破坏性极强,造成较严重的经济财产损失。文章简要介绍玛纳斯河流域概况,分析了玛纳斯河流域洪水形成的原因、特征以及现状防洪能力,在此基础上对防洪存在的主要问题进行分析研究,提出了玛纳斯河流域防洪减灾体系工程总体布局及有效解决措施,为玛纳斯河流域防洪减灾及经济社会可持续发展提供依据。The Manas River is a catastrophic river on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang.The floods during the flood season are swift and destructive,causing serious economic and property losses.The article briefly introduces the general situation of the Manas River Basin,analyzes the causes,characteristics and current flood control capacity of the Manas River Basin.Furthermore,the article analyzes and studies the main problems of flood control of the Manas River Basin,and puts forward the overall plan of the flood control and disaster alleviation system of the Manas River Basin which provides a basis for flood control,disaster alleviation and sustainable economic and social development in the Manas River Basin.
