基于微信平台的延续性护理对缺血性脑卒中患者出院后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理对缺血性脑卒中患者出院后的应用效果。方法将100例经治疗后出院的缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组出院后进行常规电话随访的延续性护理,观察组出院后实施基于微信平台的延续性护理。观察2组护理前后NIHSS评分与MRS评分变化情况,比较2组护理后生活质量(包括社会功能、情感功能、角色功能、认知功能、躯体功能等5个方面)评分及二级预防用药依从性。结果2组护理后NIHSS评分与MRS评分均较护理前显著降低,且观察组降低较对照组更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理后生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),二级预防用药总依从率显著高于对照组(96%比86%,χ^2=6.105、P=0.013)。结论基于微信平台的延续性护理对缺血性脑卒中患者出院后二级预防用药依从性有良好的效果,促进了患者的康复,提高了患者的生活质量,具有较好的应用效果。Objective To explore the efficacy of WeChat platform-based continuous nursing in ischemic stroke patients after discharge from hospital.Methods One hundred ischemic stroke patients discharged from hospital were randomly given continuous nursing based on either routine telephone follow-up(control group,n=50)or WeChat platform(observation group,n=50).The NIHSS and MRS scores,quality of life(social function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function,physical function),and compliance with secondary preventive medication were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of NIHSS and MRS significantly decreased after continuous nursing in both groups,and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.001).In addition,compared with control group,WeChat platform-based continuous nursing increased the scores of quality of life(P<0.001),as well as the compliance with secondary preventive medication(96%vs 86%,χ^2=6.105,P=0.013).Conclusion WeChat platform-based continuous nursing can effectively improve the compliance with secondary preventive medication,promote the rehabilitation and enhance the quality of life in ischemic stroke patients after discharge from hospital.
