摘　　要：抑郁症又称抑郁障碍,主要有意识活动减退、认知功能损害等临床表现。随着患病率和致残率的不断提高,抑郁症的治疗备受关注。针灸治疗抑郁症的方法主要包括针刺法、灸法或两者结合,发现以针灸为主要手段的治疗方法取得了较好的临床效果,得到广大患者的认可。针灸治疗不会出现西药治疗的副作用以及耐药等问题,与西药联合使用在提高疗效的同时也降低其副作用,为抑郁症的临床治疗提供了行之有效的方法。针灸有望取代西药而成为抑郁症的主要治疗方法。本文总结针灸治疗抑郁症的研究进展,为临床应用和研究提供借鉴。Depression has also been known as depression disorder,with the main clinical manifestations include decreased conscious activity and impaired cognitive function.With the increasing prevalence and disability rate,the treatment of depression has attracted much attention.Acupuncture treatment for depression mainly include acupuncture,moxibustion or a combination of the two method,and found that acupuncture as the main method of treatment has achieved good clinical efficacy and has been recognized by the majority of patients.Acupuncture treatment will not have the side effects and drug resistance of Western medicine.In combination with Western medicine,it improves the efficacy while reducing its side effects,providing an effective method for clinical treatment of depression.Acupuncture is expected to replace Western medicine and become the main treatment for depression.This paper summarizes the research progress of acupuncture in treating depression,and provides reference for clinical application and research.
