摘　　要：目的分析基于中医时间医学的特色护理干预对胸痹心痛患者证候改善及预后的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。方法2019年2月—2020年2月将联勤保障部队第九○一医院收治的100例胸痹心痛患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于中医时间医学的特色护理。观察两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组中医证候积分均明显降低,且观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分均明显升高,且观察组的生理机能、健康状况、躯体疾病、精神健康、社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于中医时间医学的特色护理干预对胸痹心痛患者护理效果显著,可明显改善中医证候及生活质量,提高护理满意度,在临床中值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the influence of characteristic nursing intervention based on time medicine of traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of syndromes and prognosis of patients with chest arthralgia and heartache,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,100 cases patients with chest arthralgia and heartache from the 901th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force were studied.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given characteristic nursing intervention based on time medicine of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and treatment effect were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were significantly increased,and the scores of physiological function,health status,physical disease,mental health and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The characteristic nursing intervention based on time medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the patients with chest arthralgia and heartache,which can obviously improve the syndrome and quality of life of traditional Chinese medicine and improve t
