摘　　要：培育新型职业农民是关系到我国粮食安全、“三农”问题和精准扶贫的国家战略,是发展现代农业、全面建成小康社会的战略选择。高职院校已经成为我国培育新型职业农民的主力军和主阵地,黑龙江农业经济职业学院基于长期的职业农民培育实践,探索形成了“校地共育、育训并举、三元联动”培育模式,以期为新型职业农民培育工作的创新提供理论支撑和经验借鉴。Cultivating new professional farmers is a national strategy related to China's food security,agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and targeted poverty alleviation.It is also a strategic choice to develop modern agriculture and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Higher vocational colleges has become the main force of cultivating new professional farmers in China and the main land,Heilongjiang agricultural economy vocational college based on new professional farmers cultivating practice,summed up the training model“Co-education between School and countryside,Simultaneous Education and Training,and Triple Linkage”,in order to work for cultivate innovation of new professional farmers to provide theoretical support and experience for reference.
