摘  要:针对整车控制器硬件在环仿真平台需要实时高效显示行车信息的问题,开发了基于LabVIEW的实时监测系统。分为硬件设备和软件两个部分,其中软件包括可视化操作界面与后台程序。整车控制器将CAN报文传输至工控机上,通过制定的CAN协议对报文进行解析并在操作界面上实时显示车速、行驶里程、SoC等重要行车信息,配合硬件在环平台对整车控制器功能进行验证。试验结果表明:实时监测系统操作简单方便,精度高,稳定性好,对于验证整车控制器有效性、降低硬件在环平台的成本有着重要意义。Aiming at the problem that the vehicle controller hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform is required to display the driving information in real time and efficiently,a real-time monitoring system based on LabVIEW is developed,which is divided into two parts:hardware and software.The software includes the visual operation interface and background programs.The vehicle controller transmits the CAN message to the industrial computer,analyzes the message through the developed CAN protocol,and displays the important driving information such as speed,mileage,and SoC on the operation interface in real time,and cooperates with the hardware-in-the-loop platform to verify the function of vehicle controller.The test results show that the real-time monitoring system has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and good stability,which is of great significance to verify the effectiveness of the vehicle controller and reduce the cost of the hardware-in-the-loop platform.
