手术流产对女性绝经年龄及围绝经期综合征影响的横断面研究

摘　　要：目的分析手术流产对女性绝经年龄及围绝经期综合征的影响。方法采用多阶整群随机抽样方法,以居住于甘肃省的40~55岁女性为研究对象,采用自制问卷,于2016年3—11月展开横断面调查。采用SPSS 24.0软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果纳入分析的7236例女性中,绝经1673例(23.12%),围绝经期5563例(76.88%)。调查女性人群中5825例(80.50%)无流产史,828例(11.44%)有1次手术流产史,415例(5.73%)有2次手术流产史,168例(2.32%)有3次及以上手术流产史,平均手术流产(0.53±0.98)次。1673例绝经女性中,不同手术流产次数女性的绝经年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。5563例围绝经期女性中,不同手术流产次数的女性围绝经期综合征得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术流产次数与女性绝经年龄无相关性,但与围绝经期综合征的严重程度有关。Objective To analyze the effect of surgical abortion on menopausal age and perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted between March to November in 2016 using a selfmade questionnaire and a multi-stage cluster random sampling method to study women aged 40~55 living in Gansu Province.SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the results.Results Among 7236 women included in the analysis,there were 1673(23.12%)menopausal women and 5563(76.88%)perimenopausal women.There were 5825(80.50%)women with no history of surgical abortion,828(11.44%)women with one time history of surgical abortion,415(5.73%)women with two times history of surgical abortion,168(2.32%)women with three or more times history of surgical abortion,the average times of surgical abortion is 0.53±0.98.Among the 1673 postmenopausal women,there was no statistical difference between the times of surgical abortion and the menopausal age(P>0.05).Among 5563 perimenopausal women,there was statistical difference between the times of surgical abortion and perimenopausal syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion There was no correlation between the times of surgical abortion and the menopausal age,but it was related to the severity of perimenopausal syndrome.
