摘 要:针对传统的乒乓球发球机故障修复方法不适用于组合故障修复的问题,提出基于遗传算法的乒乓球发球机故障自动修复方法。选用二进制编码将故障信息转换为遗传算法处理信息时能够识别的二进制码,利用遗传算法的原理将乒乓球发球机内部传感器发送的故障信号进行初始化处理,计算适应度函数,根据确定的阈值对初始种群迭代,直至得到最终的种群,以此定位发球机的故障位置。对编码后的故障信息解码后,通过K-means聚类算法对相同主构件的故障类型聚类。分析故障类型后,根据设计的匹配函数,调用匹配度高的自动修复程序,驱动修复器完成对发球机故障的自动修复。通过与传统故障修复方法的对比实验,证明了提出的基于遗传算法的乒乓球发球机故障自动修复方法对发球机组合故障具有更高的修复成功率,更具有优越性。Aiming at the problem that the traditional table tennis ball machine fault repair method is not applicable to the combination fault repair,a genetic algorithm based automatic repair method for table tennis ball machine fault is proposed.Binary coding is used to convert the fault information into a binary code that can be recognized when the genetic algorithm processes the information.Using the principle of genetic algorithm,the fault signal sent from the internal sensor of the table tennis ball machine is initialized.The population is iterated until the final population is obtained to locate the fault location of the ball machine.After decoding the encoded fault information,the K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the fault types of the same main component.After analyzing the fault type,a highly matching automatic repair program is called according to the designed matching function,and the repairer is driven to complete the automatic repair of the fault of the ball driver.Through comparative experiments with traditional fault repair methods,it is proved that the proposed automatic repair method of table tennis ball machine faults based on genetic algorithm has a higher success rate of repairing the fault of the ball machine combination and is more superior.
