摘 要:为了解决传统方法只适于正弦波信号测量的弊端,设计了一种基于稳态电流信号频谱的电力负荷测试仪,并对电力负荷测试仪检测精度进行分析。电力负荷测试仪通过硬件与软件结合的方式进行设计,硬件设计直接给出电力负荷测试仪硬件框图,软件设计包括控制软件与关键技术。控制软件通过电力负荷测试仪初始化模块与控制管理模块实现,通过单片机内置A/D转换器依次对变压器的三相电流与电压信号进行采集,按照相关计算公式对三相电流、电压有效值以及累积电量进行计算。依据采集数据,对电力负荷参数进行分析,通过集成运算放大器ICL7650实现稳态电流,选择汉宁窗作为窗函数,对稳态电流信号进行傅里叶分解处理,得到稳态电流信号频谱,从而计算电力负荷值。经验证,所提方法检测精度高,均方根最低,检测结果稳定,充分显示了所提方法的优越性。In order to solve the problem that the traditional method is only suitable for sine wave signal measurement,a power load tester based on the spectrum of steady-state current signal is designed,and the detection accuracy of the power load tester is analyzed.The power load tester is designed by combining hardware and software.The hardware design directly gives the hardware diagram of the power load tester.The software design includes control software and key technologies.The control software is realized by the initialization module and the control management module of the power load tester.The three-phase current and voltage signals of the transformer are collected successively by the built-in A/D converter of the single-chip microcomputer.The three-phase current,the effective value of voltage and the accumulated electricity are calculated according to the relevant calculation formula.According to the collected data,the power load parameters are analyzed,and the steady-state current is realized by the integrated operational amplifier ICL7650.The Hanning window is selected as the window function,and the steady-state current signal is processed by Fourier decomposition to obtain the spectrum of the steady-state current signal,so as to calculate the power load value.After verification,the proposed method has high detection accuracy,the lowest root mean square,and stable detection results,which fully shows the advantages of the proposed method.
