下肢训练仪对老年偏瘫患者膝关节屈伸肌力恢复的影响

摘　　要：研究下肢治疗仪对老年偏瘫患者膝关节屈伸肌力恢复的影响。选择恢复期的老年偏瘫患者60例,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规偏瘫康复治疗方法对患者进行治疗。观察组在此基础上采用下肢训练仪对偏瘫患者下肢进行康复治疗。使用改良Ashworth评分量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表下肢部分、世界卫生组织生活质量评定简表、疼痛数字量表、Berg平衡量表、能独立性评定量表测定患者在治疗后的肌力、膝关节恢复情况以及治疗疼痛感与治疗后的生活能力。经8周治疗后,2组患者就膝关节屈伸肌力、生活水平、肢体平衡能力均照治疗前有所改善,且观察组相较于对照组评分值更高(P<0.05)。2组患者的膝关节屈伸肌力均照治疗前改善,但前后差异无统计学意义。下肢训练仪可增强老年偏瘫患者膝关节屈伸肌力,促进老年偏瘫患者下肢功能的改善。To study the effect of the lower extremity therapeutic apparatus on the recovery of knee flexion and extension muscle strength in the elderly hemiplegic patients.60 patients with hemiplegia in recovery period were randomly divided into two groups,30 in observation group and 30 cases in control group.The control group was treated with conventional hemiplegia rehabilitation.On this basis,the observation group used lower limb training instrument to carry out rehabilitation treatment for hemiplegia patients.Using the modified Ashworth score scale,Fugl Meyer motor function scale lower extremity part,World Health Organization quality of life assessment short form,pain digital scale,Berg Balance Scale and energy independence assessment scale,the patients’ muscle strength,knee joint recovery,pain sensation and life ability after treatment were measured.After 8 weeks of treatment,the flexion and extension muscle strength,living standard and limb balance of the two groups were improved before treatment,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The flexor and extensor strength of knee joint in both groups were improved before and after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The lower extremity training instrument can enhance the flexion and extension muscle strength of the knee joint and improve the lower extremity function of the elderly hemiplegic patients.
