摘 要:采用Fe、Al金属粉末通过烧结反应合成多孔FeAl金属间化合物,但在特定的加热速率下,为了防止Fe与Al之间的自蔓延反应带来的不利影响,采用添加不同比例的Si来实现其控制,并研究了添加Si前后的孔隙率、不同烧结温度下的物相组成以及抗氧化性能。结果表明:Fe-Al-x%Si金属间化合物多孔材料最高孔隙率为60.31%,添加Si对孔隙率影响不大;通过高温烧结可获得成分均匀单一的FeAl;通过热分析发现添加Si对Fe、Al间的自蔓延反应有抑制作用,且添加Si后的多孔材料抗氧化性能均优于未添加的,在烧结温度为1000℃、添加4%Si时,FeAl多孔材料抗氧化性能最优。Porous Fe-Al intermetallic compound is synthesized by reaction of Fe and Al element powders,but in order to prevent the adverse effects of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis between Fe and Al at a specific heating rate,Si is added with different ratios to achieve its control.The porosity before and after the addition of Si,the phase composition at different sintering temperatures and the oxidation resistance were investigated.The results show that the highest porosity of Fe-Al-x%Si intermetallic porous material is 60.31%,besides,the addition of Si has slightly effect on the porosity.In addition,a uniform single Fe-Al can be obtained via high temperature sintering.It is found that the addition of Si inhibited the self-propagation reaction between Fe and Al by thermal analysis,and the oxidation resistance of the porous material after Si addition is better than that of the unadded.At the sintering temperature of 1000℃,when adding 4%Si,Fe-Al porous materials have the optimal oxidation resistance.
