摘  要:针对砷盐净化除钴工艺,以云南某厂的湿法炼锌浸出的中上清液为原料,以湿法炼锌产出铜砷渣作为净化除钴剂,开展了利用湿法炼锌铜砷渣净化除钴研究,考察了时间、两段净化除钴和不同添加剂对净化除钴效果的影响。结果表明,在反应温度95℃、反应时间3 h、锌粉用量3 g/L溶液、铜砷渣用量2 g/L溶液、铜离子浓度400 mg/L条件下,可将中上清液中的钴含量降低到小于0.01 mg/L,可以实现深度净化除钴的效果。In view of the process of cobalt removal via arsenic salt purification,a study was carried out on the purification and cobalt removal with copper-arsenic precipitation from a zinc hydrometallurgy plant in Yunnan Province.The effects of two-stage purification,different time and different additives on the purification and removal cobalt were investigated.The experimental results show that the cobalt content in the medium supernatant could be reduced to less than 0.01 mg/L,with reaction temperature of 95℃,reaction time of 3 h,zinc powder dosage of 3 g/L,copper-arsenic precipitation dosage of 2 g/L and copper ion concentration of 400 mg/L,which can achieve the effect of deep purification and removal cobalt.
