摘  要:为了探究硫氮表面修饰的碳量子点的简便合成方法及其应用,以柠檬三胺和亚硫酸钠为原料,经水热法一步合成了硫、氮共掺碳量子点(SN-CDs)。采用荧光光谱、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和透射电镜进行表征;基于荧光内滤效应建立了荧光检测Fe^3+的新方法。实验结果表明:制备的CDs表面含有氨基和磺酸基团,量子产率32.2%,粒径为20 nm,最大激发和发射波长分别是350 nm和445 nm。检测铁线性范围在0~560μmol/L,相关系数0.997,检出限5μmol/L。对补铁药品中铁含量检测,每片含铁4.67 mg(n=5),标准偏差0.26,加标回收率98.0%~101.2%。采用邻二氮菲分光光度法进行比较,两种方法之间不存在显著性差异。In order to invent a simple method to construct carbon quantum dots and investigate it's application,sulfur and nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(SN-CDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method using lemon triamine and sodium sulfite as stock.The SN-CDs were characterized by fluorescence spectra,infrared spectra,X-ray photon energy spectrum and transmission electron microscope.A method for detecting Fe^3+was established based on the effect of the fluorescence filter produced.Experimental results show that SN-CDs surface is rich in amino and sulfonic groups.The quantum yield is 32.2%.Average grain size is 20 nm.The excitation wavelength is 350 nm,and the emission wavelength is 445 nm.The linear range for the detection of Fe^3+is 0~560μmol/L and the detecting limit is 5μmol/L.The iron content of iron supplements is 4.67 mg/tablet(n=5).The standard deviation is 0.26 and the recovery rate is 98.0%~101.2%.There is no significant difference between experimental method and the ortho-phenanthroline spectrophotometry.
